Request for Product Exchange

In most situations, all products purchased on the website are non-exchangeable.

However, if you find a product with quality issues, you can apply for a product exchange.

 

  • We only accept items with obvious damage or quality issues

  • Items damaged by human causes will not be eligible for product exchange

  • Some minor flaws may be found in the paint or parts of the products, which are naturally generated during the mass production process and are not considered quality issues

  • Product can exchange with the same model only

  • Exchange requests are only available for customers in Hong Kong

  • Only 1 product exchange request can be made for one order

Exchange Exceptions

  • Products not purchased from the official Kando online store

  • Items damaged due to human causes

  • Some minor flaws in the paint or parts of the products, which are naturally generated during the mass production process

  • Requests submitted after the exchange period 7 days from the date of receipt

  • You don't like it and want to change to another product

 

Exchange Procedure

  1. Submit a request for product exchange by providing clear pictures or videos of the item displaying quality issues for our assessment of the return request within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document). Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed.

  2. Please wait for our assessment. We will contact you within 5 working days.

  3. If we confirm that there are product damages or quality issues, please return the product to us via SF Express. (We will cover the shipping expenses for defective items)

  4. Please wait for us to send you a new product.

 

*In case of any disputes, Kando Group Limited reserves the right of final decision.
